We’re trying to eat fresh as much as possible on this trip. We’re scouting out local Farmers’ Markets and meat shops. We’re also making yogurt in the van. I figure if I could make yogurt in a hotel room while working out of town, how much harder can it be to make it in a van? Not much, it turns out. It was quite simple.

It was really good, especially with the saskatoon berries we had picked the day before.

Tomorrow, we hit the Farmers’ Market in Polson, MT. Can’t wait!
